Manager - Business Development (Ref. ID/MBD2)

Designation: Manager- Business Development

Required Skills and Experience: Atleast 5 years total experience, which includes, 2-3 years in a role that required direct interaction with clients (e.g., Project Manager, Business Analyst, etc.)

2-3 years in a role that required soliciting business for the company employed in (e.g., Business Development Manager, Account Manager, etc.).

Profile of company employed in:

Most Relevant: Indian Software/Engineering company (products or services or both) with an international client base in telecom or related area.

Relevant: Indian Software company (products or services or both) having a mix of international and domestic clients OR any other Services (e.g., engineering services, etc.) company having predominantly international clients.

Educational Requirements:

Most Preferable: BE + MBA + 5 yrs work experience, which includes atleast 3 years in client interaction role & one year in BD role.

Acceptable: BE + 6 yrs work experience, which includes atleast 2 years in BD role in Most Relevant/Relevant organization OR Graduate in any field + MBA + 5 years in BD role in Most Relevant/Relevant organization.

Personal Profile:

• Strong English communication skills (oral & written)
• Self-starter
• Should be available to travel abroad for short (1-2 month) durations
• Able to manage a team
